Apple iTunes 8 Review
Thursday, September 25th, 2008The latest version of Apple’s iTunes software (version 8.0.0.35) extends the offer for the iPod, Apple TV, iPhone and users. The popular Windows and Mac jukebox application remains on top of the heap, but it is not the only game in town to organize and play media content on your computer.
The iTunes Store remains the highest profile media online store, however, and the iTunes software is the only way to access it. The store includes feature films, television programs, games, a free lecture at the University of podcast section entitled iTunesU, Notions of an unrestricted (DRM-free) and more expensive music downloads called iTunes Plus, and the App store that offers third-party applications for iPhone and iPod touch.
